The Critical Minds is committed to providing our clients with the highest quality services possible. However, we understand that there may be times when a client is not satisfied with the services they have received.
In the event that a client has not received our services at all, they may request a refund. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of The Critical Minds and on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to The Critical Minds within 30 days of the completion of the services. The request must state the reasons for the refund request and be accompanied by any supporting documentation.
The Critical Minds will review the refund request and make a decision within 14 days of receipt of the request. If the refund request is approved, the client will be refunded the full amount of the fees paid for the services.
Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:
- The client has changed their mind about the services or the scope of work.
- The client has failed to provide The Critical Minds with the necessary information or materials to complete the services.
- The client has not provided The Critical Minds with timely feedback on the work.
- The client has not approved the final work product.
We encourage our clients to contact us as soon as possible if they are not satisfied with our services. We will work with them to resolve the issue and ensure that they are happy with the results.
