Refund Policy

At The Critical Minds, we are committed to delivering the highest quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where expectations are not met. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.


Eligibility for Refunds

If a client has not received the agreed-upon services, they may be eligible to request a refund.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of The Critical Minds.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the client must:

  • Submit a written request within 30 days of the service completion date.

  • Clearly state the reason(s) for the refund request.

  • Include any relevant supporting documentation.

Review Process

Upon receiving the request, The Critical Minds will:

  • Review the refund request within 14 business days

  • Notify the client of the outcome via email

  • If approved, issue a full refund for the applicable service fees


Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:

  • The client changes their mind about the service or scope of work

  • The client fails to provide the required information or materials

  • The client does not give timely feedback necessary for progress

  • The client declines the final work or does not approve it without valid reason
